When anyone says they are going to Alton Tower you would not think that they would spend the day in a field of mud but the Harriers went over to Alton Towers for the English Cross Country Champs on a day when we had snow/rain and mist, but it was a good day for the under-13 girls who again turn out in force to have a great run over a very muddy and hilly 3k course.
In a field of 360 athletes from all over the country it was again inform Lucy Donaghy and Katy Whiteoak who both had great runs to finish in 29th and 36th place backed up by Eliza Brackenridge Jones 80th and Leah O'Connell 122nd place finished 6th team place out of 40 teams.
