The British Red Cross is looking for runners to fill its final few places for the Great North Run on the 15th September. It’s a brilliant opportunity to take on a personal challenge while soaking up the course’s famous party atmosphere. There will be live music, on-course refreshments and cheering crowds to motivate you at what has become the world’s biggest half-marathon. There’s over 100,000 applications for only 55,000 places every year so this is a great opportunity for you to take part!
