Monday Evening Sessions – Jan 24 to Jul 24
The Monday Evening Senior Endurance Group meets at 6.50pm every Monday of the year except for Bank Holidays. From mid-Sept to mid-April, most sessions are on the Track, apart from some hill sessions. From mid-April to mid-Sept, most sessions are in Woodbank Park. If you can run a 5k between 17 and 23 minutes, you will fit right in. Session fees are £3.50 members/£4.50 non-members for all sessions, unless you have a track pass or Stockport Leisure Key. Fees are payable on the night into the Honesty Box, at the corner of the clubhouse. No pre-booking is required.

13 May – 3000m, 2000m, 1000m. (Note: Offerton 5 Multi-terrain Race is on Wed 15/5 at 7pm)
20 May – Distance Pyramids in the Park 100/200/300/400/500m

3 June - Hill Session – 2 reps on Cow Lane followed by one rep in Vernon Park
10 June – 2 x 1000m, 2 x 800m, 2 x 600m, 2 x 400m on the track
17 June – 6 x 1000m plus 200m recovery on grass in Lower Park (1k recce plus 5 reps)
24 June – Triangle Session in the Park
1 July – 3 x 2000m in the Park
