On a weekend where the Harriers where competing all around the area a group of young athletes made the trip over to Marbury Country Park in Northwich to run in the Young Athlete Spring Relays and take on clubs from all over the North West.
In the under-11 girls’ 3 × 2050 metres we had two teams out and they did not let the club down, the A-team finished 2nd just piped by Wirral on the line and the B-team again chased down the other teams to take 4th place. With the team spirit that the team has the forthcoming season looks great with the good form of Lucy Donaghy who took the fastest leg even beating the under-11 boys’ times.

In the under-13 girls’ race again they where showing the cross country form has not left them with great runs by all the team to bring the team in 4th place with Mollie Williams taking fastest the leg.
