Last Saturday the under-13 girls travelled to Clayton Vale to compete in the final event of the Manchester Area Cross Country League. Once again they showed terrific team spirit and all 7 seven girls ran well. The girls came in first team position again and with an overall score of 4 wins over 5 races won the team medal. Well done girls each and every one of you.

Lucy Donaghy received 3rd place medal for the MACCL 2010/11 season, well done Lucy, with Katy Whiteoak taking 4th overall, Eliza Brackenridge Jones in 8th and the rest of the team all in the top 20.
The girls were also part of the Stockport Schools Team that won the Greater Manchester Schools Cross Country recently.
Other overall team winners were both under-15 and under-17 girls plus silver medals for the senior ladies, vet ladies and vet men and a bronze for the under-15 boys.
