Three Stockport Harriers' women were given the opportunity to participate in the Olympic Stadium last week.
On Sunday Jess Coulson ran in the British University Track Championships making her debut over 10,000 metres. Jess took the race on with 12 laps to go to finish 2nd in a new best of 34-42.95 and club record.
Elle Baker ran her first track race of the season in the UKA 3,000 metres invitation finishing in a new best and club record of 9-11.51.
On Wednesday Chelsea Jarvis representing England was just edged out of the medals in the UK School Games finishing 4th in the 800 metres in a tight finish for a seasons best of 2.10.
