Jess Coulson ran a stormer in the Great South Run finishing 2nd to Pavey with 53-43 and coming 2nd in England Athletics championships, also newcomer Katie Goode 57-59 and 9th in the championships race.
Pat Martin also had a stormer 48-30 finishing 2nd in England Athletics championships and a personal best for Andy Nixon in 50-30.
