Four Stockport Harriers are appearing in a show at the Z-Arts Theatre in Hulme in aid of Barry’s Project 150 to help raise £150,000 to build a HEPA room at The Christie Young Oncology Unit.
Barry Thompson, Andi Jones, Amanda Trivett and Tony Audenshaw will be joined by Marathon Talk Podcast Presenters Martin Yelling and Tom Williams, Greater Manchester Marathon double winner Dave Norman and marathon first timer, (Woodbank parkrun regular) Lauren Towey for an afternoon’s running related entertainment.
Marathon Mania takes place on Saturday April 5th, the day before the Greater Manchester Marathon, although you don’t have to be running the marathon to enjoy the show. It’s a unique opportunity to hear runners of all abilities talk about the sport linked together by slots from Stockport Ten race commentator Tom Potson.
